Cannabis Law and Enforcement in Nevada.
In Nevada, there is a law that guides the legal use or intake of Cannabis, and this has been in existence since the year 2017. The law states that aside from medical purposes, Cannabis can be used for recreational purposes by persons over age 21. Being up to or over this age gives you the legal right to purchase it from any of the 65 dispensaries across the state of Nevada without a permit or medical card.
Also, because of the illegal use and consumption of cannabis, these dispensaries that make this product legally available to the public, have strict guidelines they are to strictly follow to ensure the safety of these consumers.
